VPS Issues?

For about the last 6 hours....
Cannot reach any of my websites.
Cannot login to HyperVM. ( http://rain.x10hosting.com). Page does not fully load.
I can access Client Area (clients.x10hosting.com) after VERY slow page load but cannot access VPS Control Panel, and cannot access the support ticket system therefore I cannot inquire about this problem in the usual manner.

Since you're a paid user, I'll escalate this immediately. I have a feeling that the problem is fixed by now though
