The account that domain is on is suspended for inactivity. If that other account belongs to you, then you could unsuspened it in your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php. Did you mean for that other account to be deleted? Then log in with the forum account associated with that hosting account, and then post back to the forum here with a deletion request. Verify in that request that you've taken all the necessary backups and the cPanel username.
