Waiting 5 days and my site is still on vox after upgraded to Illuminated!

After 5days,several posts on the Prime forum and here and 2 support tickets and 1 pm to the site admin my site is still on vox after upgrading to Illuminated!
I was wondering when i finally can enjoy from the full benefits of my new upgraded hosting plan?

I posted this here because i have noticed that the freehosting section gets more support then the Prime section,maybe i get more feedback now....and i hope that finally my site will get moved to the Illuminated server!

Hello, your account was upgraded to Illuminated. If you log into the account portal and follow the blue button to access the control panel it will take you to the illuminated server.

Domain [ megathemer.x10.mx ] - DNS's [ A ] record was showing server Vox's IP of [ 198.91.81.4 ]

Also, if they copied the site over 5 days ago, any posts, uploads, etc done through the webpage will be on vox, but not on Illuminated.

Yeah my Cpanel is on Illuminated but i talked also wit Anna(admin) 3 days ago and she pinged my site and confirmed that my site was still on the vox server.
And in my php configuration on my site it says php max file upload 16mb and on my Cpanel it say 64mb so i assume i am still on the vox server also my site has the same loading time when i was on Prime i guess there should be a difference in page load to.

Yes the vox ip is still the same...if i look in my Cpanel it shows another ip

Looks like someone finally updated the nameserver and it seems to be pointing correctly. It will take awhile for the info to propagate.

Yeah finally lol....do you have an idea how long it will take before i can see it in the php configuration on my site?

What the heck....now my site is off line!

I get this error:

Not Found

The requested URL /install/install.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Your domain [ megathemer.x10.mx ] still shows IPs for two servers - [ 99.198.122.26 ] and [ 198.91.81.4 ] in your DNS [A] record --> http://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/megathemer.x10.mx
so you still have DNS errors

Try these URLs in your browser - replace [ cpanelname ] with your real cPanel name
be sure to leave the [ ~ ] in front and the [ / ] in back with no space to your cPanel name
what those URLs do is tell the browser to load the Web page (your site) at that IP - and not to use the DNS [A] record
the one with IP [ 198.91.81.4 ] should throw a error - if your account was moved from that server
the one with IP [ 99.198.122.26 ] should show your site - I receive that 'URL not found' coding error at this IP

Both trow the 404 error like i mentioned above....i thought moving my site to another server should be much smoother than this,
I am beginning to have regrets that i updated my account to Illuminated.

The DNS issues need a Admin to fix

The coding error you will need to fix...

might be a "redirect" error - do you have a [ .htaccess ] file in folder [ public_html ] ? - if so rename it to [ .htaccess.bu ] - then try your site again
after the test rename it back to [ .htaccess ]

next
do you have a folder [ install ] in the folder [ public_html ] ? if not add it
if you had a file named [ install.php ] in folder [ install ] is the name in all lowercase and are the permissions (Perms) set to 644 for it ?

if you did not have a file named [ install.php ] in folder [ install ]
you can make one for a test from --> http://realhandydata.x10host.com/test_hw.php
When you make the file name it [ install.php ] and put it in folder [ install ] be sure the permissions (Perms) set to 644 for it

now at http://megathemer.x10.mx/install/install.php you should see "Hello World"

or with those two IP URLs from above - only one should show "Hello World"

Yes it works and i see the Hello world....but why does it points out to that install/install.php url,
It's like you said it must be a redirect problem because even if i point my site to http://megathemer.x10.mx/forum.php it will go to that install url.

Did you try to rename file [ .htaccess ] to [ .htaccess.bu ] then test ?

What do you see when you use those two (2) IP urls I posted above ?
only one should work

Yes...but i now noticed that my database is empty in the Cpanel,i hope they didn't delete it.
maaan if that the database is deleted and they can't restore it then all my work is gone.
