Waiting for Email

Hi I just signed up for a account and I have been waiting for the email to continue the setup of the account. Is there a way to have the information pushed to me or should I have the account deleted and do another setup again?

Thank you. I resent it and it's now been five minutes and nothing yet. I did check my spam but there was nothing there. I'll check in the morning and see what happens.
