i've noticed one thing on x10hosting that admin and moderators dont give quick replies to newbies i've asked for my ftp info in previous thread but no reply no response huhh http://www.x10hosting.com/showthread.php?p=63610#post63610

well anyway again im asking for my ftp info please send back it to me

You must log into ftp this way:

ftp://xtone.x10hosting.com or ftp://70.85.87.52 then enter your username (Boss) and your password.

no its giving me error:

331 User boss OK. Password required
[R] PASS (hidden)
[R] 530 Authentication failed, sorry
[R] Connection failed
[R] Delaying for 120 seconds before reconnect attempt #1

i think i had different password pf ftp.
