I want to contact Corey regarding a serious issue which has caused to my hosting account.

Why my whole files was deleted???
I doubt is this an hacking attempt.
One of my friend rock suggested that the server's log file (at admin level) should have been able to find what the problem was and who deleted my home directory.
some extra information which may help:
1)
2)After the problem occurred i was not able to do any ftp connections."FTP connection Failed"
3)I tried uploading with my cpanel file manager.
It says
4)i tried creating a new file from file manager.But when the file was about to create it just disappears.
And the worst thing is that no one was able to restore my files.And i was asked to recreate my whole hosting package.And it is now done :rant2:. (Recreating the whole hosting package is like moving from one host to another)
I had one parked domain and two add-on domains hosted here.Of that one of my site tmondo.com is now restored(thank god, i had that backup's).And my other two sites subeeshr.co.cc and ejobs4u.co.cc was completely lost and its still in darkness.
I know i cant blame you people because its a free hosting service........So i blame myself myself myself...whom else?:happysad:
I want to know what has happened to me recently.Because i don't want to happen it again for me and anyone else.I wanted Corey to look at the error logs at admin level,how my files was deleted.
Corey you please respond to this problem,because other admin has already responded to my problem.
