Want to get rid of two email accounts but cannot.

Hi all,
I recently modified my domain name (from petros.pcriot.com ==>temporarily to fnkclub.co.cc==> and eventually to fnkclub.pcriot.com).

Everything works fine, but now I have three email accounts one for each of the above domains....
When I try to remove the two that I don't need (xxx@petros.pcriot.com & xxx@fnkclub.co.cc) I get an error msg that I do not have priviliges in those domains....This is correct but I am consuming two of the five email accounts that I can have....for nothing.

I have not opened a support ticket yet. I have searched the forums and the knowledge base for similar cases, but could not find any.

any help is welcome.

Hi pm224,

Simple solution for your problem is set back to petros.pcriot.com and delete its mail ids and reset to your new domain.

Actually if the domain is changed then no longer you can control its mail ids

thanks for the advice. I was hoping that I could avoid that but it is something that I will certainly try if I can't find another solution.

only other option would be an admin doing it server side.

if you need them removed quickly, it might be easier to switch the domain back and remove them.
