Want To Install IPB Fresh

I already have IPB on my hosting account, but I want to remove it and reinstall it I installed some mods the I don't know how to remove, so I just want to start fresh, so how do I delete the old IPB files so that I can install IPB fresh?

Just remove all the files on the server and upload them afresh

Are there any files in the public_html/ folder? I also have another problem when I go to the file manager it takes public_html/ folder there seems not to be any other folder besided public_html

Login via FTP and delete everything inside that folder.
