Warez?

Hello,
I wanted to see if it would be classed as warez following:
1. Site hosted x10hosting -> 2. Site hosted on another server -> 3. Download Server


I think that would be considered warez because not host any files on the host and provides links to other address that gives other links to warez, but I'll feel better if I ask.

The second part of that sentence (copied direct from our Terms of Service at http://x10hosting.com/terms ) indicates we do not allow linking to warez either. Under current US Law, knowingly and intentionally linking to copyright infringing material, even if it's not hosted on your site, can be classified as Contributory Copyright Infringement, making it just as illegal.
