Warning about not logging in + my website is no longer accessible

This morning (2:45AM) I received an email stating "Our records show that your account has not been logged into recently, and it will be marked as inactive soon."

In addition, my website is no longer accessible.If I check in: System Info & FilesView Usage Log for blogvoyage.x10.mx I have many errors from: [06 / Dec / 2021: 02: 26: 29 -0500]

I logged Lot off time. Are your records correct?

Just logged into https://x12.x10hosting.com and login history says

Several other users are having problems changing their passwords.
Do I also have to change my password, can I log in regularly.

Are records are correct. As the email mentioned you have to login to your actual panel for this to count.

You must reset your password if you have not used this panel yet since sept. as noted on the login page.

As for any errors you are getting please post screenshots so we can troubleshoot those.

Several other users are having problems changing their passwords.

Most of these errors are from country blocks that we put in place after they signed up and we are allowing them manually as they come in.
