these 2 warning keep showing up when i try to login to my sitebuilder.

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/builder/public_html/templates/wizard.php:9) in /home/builder/public_html/templates/wizard.php on line 9
If i try going thru cpanel is doesn't wotk and if is go to http://sitebuilder.x10hosting.com/ i can't.Says my password or username is incorrect but have never changed either of them.
I f i go to http://bargainshop.co.cc/admin i can login but can only work on existing site and can't pick template or start over.
At one point it was saying that account didn't match or something close to that.
Please help if u can
