Unable to connect to database server!

I installed oscommerce with Softaculous, was using normally for two days, I added some products and a payment module. Sai tested the product and the module was working perfectly, the other day I tried to access the "store" and this message appeared. Do you have a server problem? Will I need to reinstall OsCommerce?

How do I save my current database because at cpainel, I can get to the database.

The server I'm using this on an update?

Sorry about the error.

The issue was there was a permission issue with your database user attached to the database. I remove the database user and re-created it then gave it full permissions to your database and it's working well now.
