If you could remove the suspension I can remove the MySQL chat app. Please do the needful. I tried to remove it throught the website it but after that i realised tat it is hardcoded. so i had to remove it from the script. Before I could remove my account was suspended

The chatbar for JCow is actually -not- hardcoded. It's an addon for JCow; the problem is it violates the TOS since the TOS indicates that shoutbox/chatbox apps are forbidden; the chatbar is no exception, so we can't remove the suspension.

The only options left at this point are specific to shoutbox/chatbox installs - these suspensions don't happen on Illuminated or Premium because they're allowed there - if you upgrade to one of those plans staff can remove the suspension when they copy the account over. If you stay on free or choose not to upgrade, that's fine, but we can't remove the suspension.
