I got an email saying the account was set up but I go to the link http://tombomb.x10hosting.com:2082/ and it will not load

yes u are right... but u are still wrong.... i managed to login to the site with the username tombomb318 not tombomb, and i changed the domain by my self. But.... if you go to http://tombomb318.x10hosting.com:2082/ (the cpanel link) u will see that it is not working if you go to http://tombomb318.x10hosting.com/cpanel (the default cpanel address that will rederect to :2082 you will see that cpanel is working its just my account that is not.

now if i go to http://x10hosting.com/account i get this at the top of the page
