Hi i had build my website with x10hosting web creator that was on c panel but now its not there anymore what can i use instead to edit my page.

Some cPanel features are currently unavailable due to the recent server work but my understanding is that they will be re-enabled after this work is completed. If you do not wish to wait there are a number of free html / text editors available depending on your operating system. Should be able to easily find something with a Google search.
