I am in the process of creating a new company, for my company i am in need for a professional or an experienced person who know PHP, Java and flash well to make a new website from scratch. I would want the site to have the same functions as http://www.dailymotion.com/ and i would want it to work in the same way.
If you are interested in this please post your previous work here so i can see what kind of things you are capable of
The pay would be above $20+ and we can work out a price as soon as i pick someone to do it!
Keep in mind that i do have alot of web design experience, i just do not have the time and the full knowlege in java to creat the website.
