web disk to file manager

I loaded all of my files to the web disk but I have no idea how to get them on the file manager. It says drag and drop in the tutorial bu that doesn't work. I have all of the folders exactly how I need them and I am trying to put it all in the manager in one blow. Can someone please help. Thanks
