Web Hosting: PLEASE RESPOND

It is going on two weeks now that our website has been down. The company’s files are inaccessible, daily users are frustrated and leaving, and we are losing money along with our much needed and relied-upon user base. We realize there have been complications, as it is expected with all transfers and upgrades. However, we either need the website up or the company files made accessible. We are paying for multiple advertising services which are essentially useless at this point in time. We realize this is a free web hosting service, but it needs to be understood that many companies like ours have tight budgets. As such, when the opportunity of free hosting is available we jump at the opportunity. We have been quite understandable of circumstances and their corresponding obstacles, but it is going on two weeks now and our company and website are slowly going under. Please allow control panel accessibility to our server files so that we can switch to another hosting service or please work with us to try and find a middle-ground through which the full-functioning website can be restored in a timely manner.
