Could you please log in with the Forum account that is associated with the above domian and post again? This account does not have a cPanel hosting account attached to it.

EDIT/ADD:

Ok, I found a koonkv who has his account suspended for spamming. Domain: koon.x10hosting.com but I guess localso.co.cc is parked/add-on

As the report says,

Spamming do not unsuspend.

I am going to leave it to someone higher to escalate this if they want.
