Web page missing media and accounts not linked

My site on stoli was down for several days now it is back up but very slow and missing lots of pics, logo, and background.

I guess I need to re-load this stuff but I cannot log into my cpanel it tells me I have no account,

My forum account and my web page account are not linked but I have been unable to link them or access the cpanel on web-site account.

Can you help me please?

You registered here on Oct 2009 but still you are not linked. Amazing. In this case you're account is surely terminated.

What is your Cpanel username so staff may help you ?

forum username = aquarian derek

and cpanel (web-site) username = aquarian

Your domain is loading.So you should be able to login to Cpanel.And also try again to link it if not post back ,i will escalate it to staff

I can get into forum account but no web hosting there and my hosting account I cannot access!

The account was created by Staff who did not link it. He has been told repeatedly not to worry, but they do not fix his problem.

I would really like to get my sites up and working correctly.

My logo, some icons, and a few pics were lost in the Stoli crisis... and I'd really like to re-load them but cannot access my hosting account.
