Web Page Problem

My web page has now been down for two to three months now. The message on the page says 'Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to database'.

I understand that you have been making changes. However, two to three months is too long I believe. When do you think this problem will be resolved?

This is likely an issue with a configuration in the software. What do you use for your mysql location.
Also i would recommend deleting and re-adding the mysql user to the database
