I have a re-direct for bsclan.x10hosting.com to direct to a sub dir called bsclan. but it is not re-directing. It is just going to the root of the site and displaying the x10hosting info screen and nothing more.
Is my account suspended? or is there an issue with the re-directs? I has been working with no issue since I set it up, but now that I am back from holidays it does not work anymore.

Is there an update to this? Below is the redirects I have setup. Neither one of them is working at all. Cpanel says they are configured correctly, yet it still does not work. I know you guys are busy but I saw another post here with the same issue and no information posted on it.
