Since the new setup\solution we implemented a few weeks ago has been a success we are going to go ahead and upgrade the web servers (double the power). We were holding off on throwing too much money\power into this until we knew it would work.
I've just scheduled an upgrade of "ASAP" with our DC which means that we will be upgrading as soon as another tech is available. Once they inform me of starting I will be using the fail over system (first test) and redirecting all web traffic somewhere else. There may be a couple minutes of downtime while we transfer all the traffic and another couple minutes when we put it back after the upgrade.
I will update this thread when the upgrades have been completed.
