web site and ftp down

From last night, my web site is up and down , and my ftp server can't connect, are we having issues?

Is the down issue temporary? I am new to x10hosting. If it keeps like this, it will not acceptable.

Currently your site is up and working fine. We had a problem with one of the servers yesterday and the admins are dealing with it. All the news and announcement can be found in the news and announcement section or in your account pannel also.
