Web site creation error

I new to this hosting site, when I went to create a new website this is what happened {"success":true,"message":"","data":false} and nothing else. what should I do?

But now when I try to go to the domain, x10hosting says it does not exist. I can FTP into the web site and see the files their.

I'm able to see the site so I'm assuming this is resolved, if not let us know.
