You have to use the link you were provided with at signup, or the link you provided. If you do not use that link, or no longer have the domain, please ask for a subdomain via support ticket from your Account Panel. If you do not know your subdomain, you can locate it in the left bar in your cPanel

Account Panel: http://x10hosting.com/account
cPanel: http://elaine.x10hosting.com:2092 or https://elaine.x10hosting.com:2093

If elaine is the subdomain you provided, then your transfer didn't upload any files, or they all went into CGI-BIN by mistake.

When you upload your website's files, you need to put them into the public_html folder in order for them to be publicly visible, any files placed in directories above this will not be available.

Try this:

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.
Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.
Then try login to cPanel again.

Problem #1 ... All files missing due to the migration.

Let's get that fixed first.

Will escalate to a Support Ticket. This will close the thread but you can follow your Ticket by clicking the yellow bar at top OR by logging onto your Account Panel.
