Web site doesn't load (no error 404)

We have encountered a fatal crash, during the last 5 hours.
Web site doesn't load. All the files are intact. You get a blank page not even error 404.
We will appreciate your explanation and a quick recovery/fix.​

I was able to access your website, but it took me a couple of reloads. Stoli, the server you are on, is being modified to implement a new functionality, so it is, I believe, the prime reason why your website is badly behaving.
