Hello x10 Hosting,

My domain has been down for about a week now, Im not sure whats going on. I have logged in to the forums and my account panel at least once a month, Im not aware of any suspensions.

Did you tried to login to cpanel using the link in the account panel?

Yeah I can log in fine, not sure whats the problem.

I did a quick DNS and traceroute seems you are on the old absolut still. I might have to escalate this so a staff member can look at this and move your account.

I don't know if there is an "old absolut" anymore, ie if they have kept any of the Dallas servers.

The problem is that they did not update ns1/2.x10hosting.com

Yes, it points there. As do a lot of "problems" posted here.
Just because the nameservers point there doesn't mean that there are any files there. Or that x10 has any servers there.
