Hi the web site is down,cant log in to cpanel and my ftp will not connect to server,has my account been suspended or is there a server issue

Your Account is not suspended and your website is loading fine for me. Flush your DNS http://kb.x10hosting.com/questions.php?questionid=16 and clear your browser cache and then try again.

have down that both but still no luck
even filezilla will not connect and that has nothing to do with cache or cookies
tried 4 browsers IE8,google chrome,firefox and safari

would it be possible that i have been banned as i have been using it alot to set it up

but why is my ftp not working is what i cant understand

If you cannot get to cPanel log in page or your website, try a web-based proxy. If you can get in that way, your IP is probably blocked by x10's firewall. Which means you would not be able to FTP in either.

Repeated attempts to connect with cPanel or FTP or trying to use any secure login seems to set off the firewall.

i have got into it with my laptop that is using wireless from my router

i dont understand web based proxy can u explain

can i change the firewall settings or is that controled your end?
