Hi! I did upload the files of the same site but does not respond. Do not load my homepage. but the page appears the CGI standard host. I launched my site domain WHO.is to see the status, and appears as inactive.

What is wrong?

When you add a domain, two things happen.
First the x10hosting nameservers are updated, usually almost immediately. That is why the request for your domain shows a page at x10hosting.

Second, the specific server you are on has to be updated to take the request and send it to your account. That can take up to 24-48 hrs because such updates put more stress on the server than the ones to the nameservers.

Until that happens, the server put up the default page you see. It should disappear in a day and your site should be reachable. Make sure you clear your browser cache and history before checking again.

Certainly. But I changed to the server Starka - 69.175.120.122 yesterday and everything is almost working... Email, FTP ... I even made an installation of WordPress using Softaculous. The only thing not working is the navigation. is as if I was not anything in /public_html.

Must have made the migration to 30 hours ago. should I even hoped for to see if everything returns to normal?

The server STARKA has another NS names? right is always ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com?
Correct?

Clear your browser cache, and if needed the dns cache as well. Site works fine for me now.

FTP started working as soon as the domain had been fully updated with the new IP (the address for the name), but that doesn't necessarily mean that apache would know what content to display when your domain is requested just as quick, that part sometimes take a little time to get sorted in the system.

Ps. 30 hours is less then 48, and as descalzo stated it could be between 24 and 48 hours.
