Web site not loading (Server isn't responding)

For approximately 2 weeks my web pages have not been loading "because the server where this page is located isn't responding".
Initially I thought this was due to the maintenance and server transfer which was taking place at the but that has now been completed. I opened a support ticket for this over a week ago and have so far had no response. Any help would be great!

sounds like your site, like mine, wasn't transferred over correctly. Hopefully a mod will see this and escalate your ticket.
