Web Space Full?

I can't upload things trough FTP cause my web space is supposedly full but it's not, this is what it says on the cpanel. I'm not even using a 20% of the space.

My account is:
Domain: nekron.x10hosting.com
Username: tavito

The first number is the amount of space you are using. The second number is the amount of space you are allowed to use.

But i just checked with my FTP and even made a web root backup and the .zip file was just 10mb:dunno:
