Webdesign for an ecommerce site?

What's the best way to code an ecommerce site? I have extensive knowledge of HTML and CSS, but that's it. I suppose I'd need to learn PHP, but is there a recommended way of going about designing a website...? I want it look like a korean clothing site like superrabbit.co.kr

The best way for me is to use a premade shopping cart script like "Zen Cart", "Shop Script Free", or one of the many scripts out there on the net. Just google it and you will find a lot, some of them for free.
