webdisk error

hello, when i try to open my webdisk from the VB-script file it says

Internet Explorer could not open https://somewhereintime.exofire.net:2072/ as a web Folder. Would you like to see its default view instead?

And i press Yes, but then it says

There was a problem connecting to the WebDisk service. Please make sure ports 2078 (SSL) and 2077 are not firewalled.

i am 110% sure i have forwarded both port 2078 and 2077.
Please, anyone help me!!! I need to access my webdisk!
Btw i use Firefox

Have you tried it without SSL?
