webmail explanation

Hi, i want to know how the webmail works. when I want to log in, I can't so does anybody knows what I have to fill in or do before it works?

How are you trying to log into the Webmail? Are you going through cPanel, using a direct URL to the Webmail login page or are you using a mail client such as Outlook or Thunderbird?
