Okay so, I've had problems with my x10 webmail before, they told me to change my email password and it fixed it. Well the webmail isn't working again and I changed my password again and it's still not working. I'm not receiving e-mails and I can't send e-mails. Roundcube says "Failed to send message"
I really need to receive previous e-mails that were sent to me, I certainly hope you can recover them. It's like having a postal service that loses your mail or just throws it in the trash. Very big inconvenience. Please do something to correct this.
