Webmail Problem - 110 timeout

Hi.
When replying to a message using either Horde or Squirrel webmail, I'm getting a 110 timeout message, and my reply is not sent. Is there currently a server problem? This should all be port 40 communication, so no firewall considerations should be needed, right?

Webmails are not working for past few days.....

I suggest you to use Google apps if you want to use email service
