Webmail problem /not fixed/

Ok, so awhile ago I asked for some help, and no help, I understand that the move on the servers caused allot of stuff, but I think this also deserves attention too.

There was no reason on why it was closed.

I have not been online for 7 days, and kinda figured that this would be resolved. I'm not upset or mad, just wish this would be fixed, as I do need to use the email for my site /obviously/.

The threads auto close after inactivity.. There is a possibility that a port is wrong.

What is the port again? I cannot access cPanel without Mobile safari or Opera Mini crashing.
