My webmail does not seem to be working. I am not able to receive mail through the address "administrator@forthealliance.exofire.net" before and after I had my x10hosting domain changed from "pcriot" to "exofire". This is disappointing me at the moment.

And if it helps i keep getting an error message every time i try to send mail, it says:
Message not sent. Server replied: Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
550 Verification failed for <d*******@forthealliance.exofire.net>
No Such User Here"
Sender verify failed
I censored the first part of the address as to not give out what it says exactly because its personal information. x10 staff should be able to see what it was.
