Webpage problems

since I was unsuspended for not having advertising on, I cannot get my webpage to come on anymore. It says to report to the administrator, so I cannot see if the advertising I have put on is working!

In the MySQL section of your cPanel, remove the database user and re-assign them to the database with the correct permissions.

If you log in to cpanel and then go to -> http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082/frontend/x3/sql/index.html and then do as Corey said.
