Does anyone know how to export semi-transparent images?

That hurts my eyes, and its not really a web templete is it?

use pngs and make the layer that you want to be the transparent layer have transparency by sliding the bars in photoshop. make sure there's no layers under that layer or it'll show that instead of alpha transparency.

green and purple is to vibrant, it does hurt the eyes, theres too much going on that it takes focus off the buttons, try taming it down a little and you'll be fine

No, its not a template YET, but it is the exact copy of the template. I just needed to know how to make semi-transparent images.
