I was able to visit your website with no difficulties. Try clearing your browser cache and try again. If you are still having difficulties post back and we will assist you farther.
1. Are you sure the databases are there? Check using cPanel-->PHPMyAdmin
2. Config file for your software: hostname set to localhost
3. Try deleting the database user and then recreating with same password and then adding back onto database with ALL PRIVILEGES
