Website Address help

Hi There,

Im fairly new to all this and this has probably been asked somewhere else but i dont know what im looking for so first of all im sorry lol

Basically, i have set up a forward and when I type in my website it forwards to the x10 address,
i was wondering how i get it to stick to the normal address rather then showing the x10 ur??

Are you talking about ***support.co.uk being redirected to ***s.x10.mx ?

When you added as a parked domain you set up domain redirection, which is the problem.

cPanel --> FileManager or FTP to public_html

Edit .htaccess by placing a # in front of the lines that are doing the redirect. They should be fairly obvious. If not, post the contents here and I can tell you which.

Hi when i go to folder manager i dont see a .htaccess?

i have also searched , it found it but when i double click on it it takes me to the folder but theres nothing in there

should i remove the forward?
