Dear Support,

Please help me to find the solution, I can't load my website or login to CPanel.
Tried FTP, but not working. I just can login on the main site, until it try to redirect me to CPanel.

I don't know what should I do.

Thanks

There's no hosting account linked with the forum account you are currently using, but since you provided a link to the site I was able to look your account up and go from there.

A possible cause for the failure when you are redirected to cPanel after logging in would be if port 2083 is blocked where you are currently trying to login, it is not uncommon for workplaces/schools to block ports that aren't needed for the task you are assigned to doing.

As for site not loading properly, I have not been able to spot anything that could cause it. All I get is a blank page which often indicates there's an error in any php file that would be requested upon loading the site, but there's no error message logged to "error_log" to help indicate what is causing it.
There was a few permissions that was changed from the standard values, I changed them back to standard values thinking that could have been the reason for site not loading properly, but that didn't change anything.

Dear Anna,

Please also check why can't I login with FTP, because I'm not able to connect.
I have a lot of problem with X10 in the last few months, so I would like to move my site to another place, but I can't get my datas from the server.

Please help me to login with FTP or just pack my site and the SQLs and please link them to download.

Best regards,

Tamas

What errors, if any, do you get when trying to access through ftp? If you could copy and paste the entire response from ftp that would help finding out why it doesn't work.
As for database backups, that would be through phpMyAdmin in cPanel, which leads us back to if there could possibly be a firewall blocking port 2083 for you and thus effectively preventing access.
