Website and cpanel not working for me

My webmonitory service report a 100% uptime of my site. I have not been able to access neither my website or the cpanel, the browser return the following message

The requested URL could not be retrieved


While trying to retrieve the URL: http://veightar.x10hosting.com/
The following error was encountered:

Its been about a week or two since this started, please help me solve this problem

Thank you. that seems to be a database connection failure. But I still can't get access even to that message. I don't know if x10 server is sensitive to a specific geographic area or changes or maybe limited to a certain internet connection.

Could this be the problem of my internet connection or area?

this time it wasn't a time out but the "cannot find server" problem and I am really confused. Since I am aware that inactivity by your accounts can cause suspension
