I've tried eppingtr and eppingtr.4theppingscouts.x10hosting.com but I still can't connect.

I'm using CoreFTP and the error message I am getting states that:

The requested name is valid and was found in the database, but it does not have the correct associated data being resolved for.

Did you try using this
* FTP HOST: 4theppingscouts.x10hosting.com
* FTP User: eppingtr
* FTP Password: cPanel Password
* FTP PORT: 21
