Website blocked me..

I think my website blocked me, every time I try to go on it the server refuses the connection. I think I was messing with the permissions to fix community builder when it happened.....

I checked it from http://host-tracker.com/ and was told that it wasn't accessible from all the 35 locations.

Is there anything wrong with the configuration? Or is it a downtime? I haven't even touched the FTP. What's the problem?
