Hello, Is the host going though some problems? I cant seem to get onto my site this time everyday...?

Allso, could i have a link forwarding me to purchase a domain name URL please?

There is currently some maintenance going on, servers being moved and stuff. Everything should be back to normal pretty soon.

Also, you can buy a domain name from any domain supplier (I use 123-reg) and link it in cPanel.

Hey,
The servers are doing alot, moving accounts etc. Corey is currently working on some servers. There has been alot of work going on, It's not allways like this, Some servers will go down sometime or another, due to the huge load on their backs!

The servers are currently being moved to a new speedy platform, So sit tight after the moves have completed everything should stabilize!

Hello sorry for reposting on this support thread, But its not actually a domain name i wanted haha.

How can i upgrade my existing account to Advanced or Corporate?

This is confusing me, I select the package i want, Then move onto the next step, Then i think i need to select the option " I will update my nameservers on an existing domain Or I will register a new domain" Then put in the domain name I'm currently using, Then i move onto the checkout and I'm asked to register or sign in. But when i try and sign in it says wrong password, So i tried to recover my password then after i put in my email address it said i don't exists.

Any solutions?

Are you trying to sign in with your free account information? I believe the clients area username/password is separate and not linked to a free account and unless you already registered before, I think you need to register an account for the clients area.

OK Thanks for the help again, My business partner has made the order and are currently waiting for the process now :)
