Website builder not found and FTP problems

I can't find Website Builder on my Cpanel. Please tell me how to find Website Builder

And i have problems whit FTP uploader, dont upload my FTP since 1 of April.

Any ideas?

I also cant find my site builder and therefore i dont know how to fix my site. i have not been able to update the site in over a month, i will try to get into my wordpress section until rv site builder comes back please let us know why rv site builder is gone, and if there is still a way to edit our pages that were created with the rv site builder?!@:frown:
