How long does it normally display this page for when first signing up? Its been on for around 2-3hours so far and was wondering as i'm eager to get my website started!

I've also tried flushing the DNS to no avail.

If memory serves you can log in to cPanel and start transferring files immediately. Once you remove or replace the default page you will see your files.

I've got the site up but the front page still says website coming soon.

Do you have a file named index.php OR index.html in the directory???

Clear your browser cache and history. Close browser. Open browser. Check site.
